How do I arrange iphone springboard from the pc via an application?

When you add a lot of applications, it becomes very difficult to arrange them dragging them on the iphone small screen. Is there a PC application that will allow to arrange the icons quicker?|||look online to see some interesting ideas :)

The problem is when you upgrade your iphone or simply add new applications, the icons get all jumbled up and moving them around in the iphone screen is fiddly. I would like to set pages and icons on a PC first
